When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technical data required to deliver it, particularly the IP address, date and time, requested file, transferred data volume, referrer, browser and operating system. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. Retention depends on the logging settings configured with the hosting provider.
3. Contact Requests
When you contact us, we process the information you provide to respond and communicate with you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request concerns pre-contractual or contractual measures and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The information is deleted after the request has been fully handled unless statutory retention duties apply.
4. Google reCAPTCHA
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to identify automated submissions and abuse. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data processed may include the IP address, browser and device information, referrer, interaction data and a risk score. Data may be transferred to Google companies or service providers, including recipients in third countries. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is protecting the form and our technical systems against spam and abuse. 5. Cookies and Other External Services
The website does not use analytics or marketing services. reCAPTCHA may use technically required storage technologies or cookies. No other external analytics, tracking or social-media services are integrated.
6. Recipients
Recipients may include the hosting and email providers and, when the contact form is used, Google as the reCAPTCHA provider. Data is otherwise disclosed only where required to handle the request or comply with law.
7. Your Rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object under Article 21 GDPR to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
8. Right to Lodge a Complaint
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The supervisory authority for Thuringia is the Thüringer Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit.
